Ordering Info

Ordering        Orders are accepted from wholesale buttons accounts only if your business is registered with us, please login above. If you have not registered with us previously, please fill out our contact form. Once we verify your business we will send you a password.

     Registered accounts can access all our wholesale catalogs, which show the prices and descriptions including the sizes and materials used. There is no minimum dollar amount order. Each item has its own minimum quantity, which is shown along with the pricing next to each style #. Quantities are checked before you can add the item to your cart. You may enter any quantity per line item as long as it meets the item minimum.

     Our system contains a shopping cart so that you may submit your order directly. There is no payment required at this point as your transaction is not yet finalized. A copy of your order is emailed to you and us. We will call you for your credit card number.

     The shopping cart page allows you to review and edit your order before you submit it. Please double check your billing and shipping addresses and make any changes before submitting your order. Indicate whether your receiving location is a business or residential address.

     We do not bill you until we ship your order. We only invoice for shipped items. Backordered items are held in our system until filled, FOB is Hicksville, NY. Charges for shipping and handling are added to your initial invoice only. We do not charge freight on backorders.

     Prices and payments are accepted in US $ only. We ship all new buttons in display tubes or zipper bags at no charge. Please specify your choice when ordering.

     Prefer to order offline? Download and print our PDF order form. Orders may be called in to 800.237.0613 (US & Canada), 1.516.931.4436 (International), or faxed to 1.516.931.4561. We also accept orders via email at info@buttonsetc.com.

     All returns require pre-authorization. Returns and damage claims are only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. In such cases you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.

     All orders are normally shipped within 3 business days. You may request a later shipment date, or split shipments over a period of time. Whatever you like.
